Hafan Park Run

Parkrun is a 5k timed run, you against the clock. Every Saturday morning at 9.00am

Pwllheli parkrun is the only Britain mainland beach based parkrun. Its free to enter and is run by volunteers. There is also a great social side to the parkrun where everyone meets in the café upstairs afterwards to refuel with breakfast baps and coffee.

Where is it?
The event takes place at Plas Heli Cyf, Glanydon Industrial Estate, Yr Hafan, Pwllheli, LL53 5YT. See Course page for more details.

What does it cost to join in?
Nothing - it's free! but please register before your first run. Only ever register with parkrun once. Don't forget to bring a printed copy of your barcode (request a reminder). If you forget it, you won't get a time.

How fast do I have to be?
We all run for our own enjoyment. Please come along and join in whatever your pace!
