Have a look at the detailed descriptions of the rooms and facilities that can be booked.
Use the calendar to the right to see which days are available. Days with one or more rooms already booked are indicated by a under the date. Hover over the to see a summary of the bookings. Click on the to open a pop-up window showing the detailed calendar for that day.
Having found suitable days and rooms, fill in the details in the form on the left. Hovering over the caption of a field will show details of how to fill in the field.
An email will be sent to the specified email address detailing the room booking request and a second email will be sent to confirm (or reject) the booking.
Though some of the text fields appear to be of limited size all the text written into the field is captured.
Some fields are updated automatically when another field is changed. So a meeting's end date will be changed if it would otherwise be earlier than the start date; the end time will be changed if it would otherwise be earlier than the start time.
There are three rooms available in the club house and the Plas Menai Room next door at the south end of the marina building.

Back to Boating in Pwllheli as found relavant to the facilities of the Welsh National Sailing Academy and Event Centre.
The work of the Task Force is to ensure that our return to boating is achieved as soon as possible, in a safe, considerate, and responsible manner.
This is achieved by being prepared for the various stages of the easing of restrictions.
We will publish our strategies and policies and carry out risk assessments as found relevant to the activities carried out at the facilities of the Welsh National Sailing Academy and Event Centre.
