As you know the summer of 2015 was a very busy one for us. The annual Yacht and Yachting Magazine awards nomination reflect the success of the 7 national and international championships that we hosted this summer as 5 of the nominations derive from these championships. We now need people to vote for these nominations to emphasise the importance of Plas Heli and Pwllheli Sailing Club on the world sailing circuit.
We therefore ask for your support. It’s very simple:

- Category 2: Photo of the Year – vote for “Peter Newton captures the spirit of adventure at the Optimist Europeans in Pwllheli. “
- Category 6: Racing Performance – vote for “Fireballs Worlds: Tom Gillard & Richard Anderton”
- Category 9: Youth Sailor – vote for “Rhys Lewis” or “Mimi El-Khazindar & Emma Loveridge” (Rhys Lewis is a Welsh sailor so a vote for him would further establish Welsh Sailing)
- Category 13: Event of the Year – vote for “Optimist Europeans at the Welsh National Sailing Academy, Pwllheli”
- There is no need to vote in any other category if you do not wish to.
