Dear Volunteers
On behalf of the Flag Officers of CHPSC and the Directors of Plas Heli, I would like to thank everyone who turned up to assist with taking down the marquee this morning.
The amount of work that was done in three hours was truly remarkable and is another example of true Club spirit.
Thanks again

Entries open for 2022 RYA Youth Nationals
The RYA Youth National Championships is making a much-anticipated return to Wales in 2022 - and entries are now open.
The week-long regatta heads to Plas Heli, the Welsh National Sailing Academy in Pwllheli, north Wales, for the first time since 2016.
The regatta will take place from April 9 to 15 against the backdrop of the beautiful Cardigan Bay, and will be the first time that all current British Youth Sailing youth pathway classes have competed at the same event.
A full foiling compliment of iQFOiL and kitefoil classes will feature alongside the ILCA 6 and 7, the 420, 29er and Nacra 15.
To enter the regatta head to the event's dedicated website youthnationals.rya.org.uk.
The site also contains all the information you need about the regatta, including entry fees, a class-specific schedule and the Notice of Race.
The RYA Youth National Championships app will also be returning for 2022. Available from the App Store and Google Play, it will be the main channel of communication to competitors and can be used to access important regatta information as well as submit documents, requests and protests.
Updated 17/02/2022
The RYA is pleased to announce the 2022 RYA Youth National Championships will be held at Plas Heli, Wales, from 9-15 April 2022.
The country’s most prestigious youth sailing competition returns to its traditional Easter time slot after the Covid-19 situation meant a change of dates to the 2021 event that is due to take place in Plymouth in early August.
Plas Heli, the Welsh National Sailing Academy and Event Centre, also sees the return of hosting duties as Covid restrictions in Wales meant cancellation of the 2020 event that was set to be held at the Pwllheli venue.
2022 will see the first time the new current pathway equipment will be raced from the same venue as iQFOiL and kites join the ILCA, 420, Nacra 15 and 29er fleets.
Both the foiling boards and kites will make their debut in the upcoming Youth Nationals but restrictions and scheduling conflicts mean the kites will contest their Youth Nationals shortly after in Exmouth.
Mark Nicholls, RYA Youth Racing Manager, said: “We are really happy that the Youth Nationals is heading to Plas Heli for 2022.
“Everyone at the venue and RYA Cymru Wales worked so hard to get the event on in 2020 in exceptional circumstances but came unstuck with a situation that was out of anyone’s control.
“But now, young sailors from across the nation will get the chance to experience safe and fun racing in a fantastic venue. It’s going to be a great event yet again I’m sure.”
